Dr. Ashley Capps earned a Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) degree from Arizona State University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) specializing in the treatment of adults facing challenges such as trauma, emotional dysregulation, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, mood disorders, personality disorders, and other behavioral health concerns.

Training & Specializations

She is deeply committed to providing evidence-based care and has undergone extensive training in behavioral health interventions and assessments. Additionally, she holds a certification in integrated psychedelic therapy from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI), and has assisted many clients undergoing ketamine therapy.

She holds specialized training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed therapy. She serves as a behavioral health consultant specializing in supporting women living with autoimmune disease. She utilizes nervous system regulation techniques and trauma-informed therapy to help manage and overcome symptoms.
