Nursing Career

Julie started her nursing career in 1995 after graduating from Southern Adventist College in Tennessee. She started her career working in Geriatrics, where she gained valuable experience. She then moved to the inpatient setting, working on both the medical-surgical floor and the ICU.

She has spent the last 15 years working as an outpatient nurse in pre-op, PACU, and in the operating room. Her diverse interests include teaching ACLS, CPR, and Pure Barre as well as working at the hyperbaric chamber.

A Heart for Healing

Julie's background as a missionary spurred her interest in becoming a nurse in order to help people. She has seen first-hand the difference ketamine makes in people's lives, helping them find mental peace and physical relief. She is honored to be a part of the team at Physicians Ketamine Institute of Destin and loves helping people heal.
